The International Conference on Polysaccharides for Nutraceuticals and Biomaterials (ICPNB-2019多糖科學及保健和生物材料應用國際會議)
Polysaccharides (non-starch) from various sources are currently among the most promising raw materials for the discovery and development of novel and valuable nutraceuticals and biomaterials.
The International Conference on Polysaccharides for Nutraceuticals and Biomaterials (ICPNB-2019)is to provide a unique opportunity for scientists to share their ideas and findings on the function and application of non-starch polysaccharides from various sources for improving human health. The conference program topics are highly interdisciplinary across food, polymer, material and health sciences, and commercial applications.
The conference program will be composed of main and parallel sessions for presentation of plenary and invited lectures by eminent and outstanding scholars, and oral talks and posters by active and front line researchers and postgraduate students. Specialized talks and posters on health products and technical services may also be included by commercial sponsors.
