简述花色素酶的制法及来源

　　由米曲霉（Aspergillus oryzoe)、寄生曲霉（Asp.parasitieus)、黑曲霉（Aspergillus niger)及青霉（Penicillium decumbens)的培养液用低温至室温的水浸提后用低温乙醇或含水乙醇处理而得。
