1961年Mirizzi诊治4000例病人中发现70例，发生率为1.8%。Csendes报道17395例胆囊结石手术病例中，仅发现219例，占1.3%（包括胆囊胆管瘘）。Puente总结580例胆道手术病例中，解剖功能综合征发生率为1.8%。Bear等认为其发病率在0.7%～1.1%之间。
