用化学方法把半抗原与某种纯蛋白的分子(载体)结合,纯蛋白会获得新的免疫原性,并能刺激动物产生相应的抗体。半抗原设计的目的是使半抗原刺激机体产生特异性免疫应答,并获得对待测物分子具有高亲和力的抗体。常见的半抗原有多糖、类脂、核酸和某些小分子化合物和药物等。
