Product Introduction
The NS-180Z Pro flagship nanoparticle size and zeta potential analyzer is a “nano data expert” designed specifically for cutting-edge research and industrial quality inspection. Facing increasingly complex sample challenges in fields such as nanomaterials, biopharmaceuticals, and fine chemicals—from ultra-low concentration protein monomers to high-concentration lithium battery slurries, from easily aggregating colloids to strongly fluorescent quantum dots—this instrument provides accurate and reliable measurement solutions.
Its core advantages are outstanding: high-concentration samples require no dilution—measure the original solution directly, avoiding disruption of the electrical double layer structure or agglomeration state, and truly restore the particle size distribution. In complex systems, whether it is trace large particle agglomerates in polydisperse systems or biological macromolecules with low signal-to-noise ratio, high-resolution particle size data can be obtained. Under extreme conditions such as wide pH range, high ionic strength, and temperature variations, it still outputs compliant data meeting pharmacopoeia (USP/EP/ChP), ISO, and GB standards.
The NS-180Z Pro is built by Zhuhai OMEC Instruments Co., Ltd. based on Malvern Panalytical’s efficient core technology platform. It integrates three major technologies: Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), Electrophoretic Light Scattering (ELS), and Static Light Scattering (SLS). It adopts optimized Non-Invasive Back-Scatter (NIBS) optical design and constant-current mode M3-PALS technology to accurately measure key parameters such as particle size, zeta potential, and molecular weight. The instrument incorporates intelligent autocorrelation algorithms and machine learning algorithms, along with a data quality assessment system, ensuring every measurement is fast, reproducible, and convincing.
This instrument continues the technical advantages of Malvern Panalytical while undergoing localized improvements for the Chinese market, better aligning with Chinese users’ operating habits and research environment needs. It serves not only as a powerful research tool for universities exploring unknown mechanisms but also as a solid defense for enterprise QC departments to ensure batch consistency, providing comprehensive and efficient nanoparticle characterization solutions from basic research to industrial applications.

Application Guidelines:
Applications for the 2026 ANTOP Awards have been open since January 1 and are accepted year-round.
The first awarding ceremony of the 2026 ANTOP Awards is scheduled for May, so please submit your applications as soon as possible.
The final awarding ceremony of the 2026 ANTOP Awards for this year is scheduled for November.
Applications submitted after October 20, 2026 will be awarded in 2027 and categorized under the ANTOP 2027 Awards.
