With so many new regulations all mandating the implementation of a serialization process, there are numerous manufacturers who need to bring their personnel up to speed on the use of Track & Trace equipment and processes.
The idea of 'learning by doing' is far from a new concept, but it remains effective way to learn. Sometimes the best way to understand how a process works is to participate in the process.
METTLER TOLEDO is always looking for new ways to help our customers to keep up to date on the latest in Track & Trace. This is one of the reasons for partnering with R-Pharm Germany GmbH to start the 'Track & Trace User Academy'.
METTLER TOLEDO PCE has worked together with R-Pharm Germany for many years, helping the company to fully equip nine production lines to meet regulatory demands for serialization and aggregation. The Track & Trace User Academy will cover everything you need to know about the serialization process, at whatever level of detail your personnel require.
There are three programs in total:
This program provides a complete walkthrough of R-Pharma’s facility, where you can see the complete Track & Trace process from individual item serialization through pallet aggregation. Any questions that arise during this tour will, of course, be addressed.
This is a great introduction to the Track & Trace process.
This is a more in-depth program. You will attend workshops that have been tailored to suit your specific needs. – We will walk through the regulations that your particular business needs to follow and explain the best course of action to ensure compliance.
This program looks at each system involved in the Track & Trace process, complete with the training of personnel. Should you choose to implement your own Track & Trace process with us as your partner, we will support and guide you throughout the installation and implementation period.
