二、细胞实验效果不错,那动物实验怎么做?

稳定性、重复性较好的动物模型可在肿瘤基础性研究和抗肿瘤药物筛选中发挥重要作用。血液肿瘤常用的动物模型主要有:I皮下移植瘤模型;II血液模型。皮下移植瘤模型较容易建立,易于动态观察肿瘤的生长状态。血液模型则一般以生存天数作为观察终点,用活体成像、病理切片、流式细胞术等方法检测小鼠骨髓及脏器中的肿瘤细胞生长及浸润情况。该模型与白血病患者的病理生理状况较为接近,但实验难度较大。
