  另一篇文章中,作者利用质谱流式技术对健康人血液中的Th和Treg进行了精细的分群研究。通过同时对CD3+CD4+ Th, Treg和Tr1细胞表面23个标志物的检测分析发现,除了CD3+CD4+ Th、Treg和Tr1细胞群之外,共有11个细胞、4个Treg和1个Tr1细胞亚群,进一步说明了T细胞的多样性。这一研究为不同亚群在免疫性病变中的异常提供了重要的对照参考数据。(下载数量超过2000次)
