  The self-developed suspended ultra-microbalance features a resolution of 0.1 μg, with high sensitivity and excellent stability.

  Product Introduction

  The TGA series thermogravimetric analyzers are equipped with independently developed high-sensitivity microbalances and miniature heating furnaces. Compared with traditional thermogravimetric analysis technology, they not only provide high-precision weight measurement but also significantly reduce buoyancy effects, demonstrating excellent temperature response capability.

  With outstanding performance and reliability, the TGA series instruments are widely used in various industries such as plastics, rubber, adhesives, fibers, pharmaceuticals, environmental energy, petrochemical engineering and food science, meeting customers' requirements for the characterization and analysis of parameters including material decomposition temperature, mass loss percentage, component content and residual mass.

  Product Overview

  Automatic Gas Switching Control

  The automatic gas switching function during experiments can be realized through a multi-channel gas inlet device. Adopting an integrated design, this device integrates four or six gas channels into one module to meet the requirement of frequent gas switching in different testing processes. The equipment features wide compatibility, being suitable for the full ISI series of instruments as well as various instruments of other brands.

  Evolved Gas Analysis

  TGA can be coupled with other analytical instruments to realize real-time monitoring and qualitative analysis of evolved gases, such as mass spectrometry (MS) or Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The high-performance mass spectrometer provided by JWGB can be coupled with TGA to achieve more accurate gas analysis.

  Automatic Furnace Lifting Function

  The instrument is equipped with an automatic furnace lifting system, which simplifies experimental operations while avoiding equipment damage or safety incidents caused by improper manual operation.

  Wide Temperature Range

  ISI offers a variety of furnace options to meet the specific testing temperature requirements of different materials, with a maximum temperature reaching 1500 °C, satisfying the high-standard demands of various laboratory and industrial applications.

  Water Cooling

  The furnace is cooled by water through a circulating water bath device, which can effectively and rapidly reduce the furnace temperature and significantly shorten the experimental duration.The SY series fully automatic circulating water bath supports a temperature control range of -10 °C to 90 °C, adopts a CFC-free refrigeration system, and is equipped with a 7-inch integrated touchscreen, which can automatically detect temperature differences and provide power-off protection.

  High-Sensitivity Balance

  The independently developed TGA microbalance features exceptional sensitivity and weighing accuracy, with a resolution of up to 0.1 μg, enabling high-precision weighing of micro samples.

  Low-Drift Technology

  The microbalance adopts a low-drift design, which minimizes the impact of environmental factors on measurement results and ensures highly stable data during the weighing process.

  Insulated Balance Design

  The balance features an insulated design that effectively isolates the interference of external temperature fluctuations on weighing. It ensures stable internal temperature of the balance under experimental conditions with high temperature or rapid temperature changes, prevents external heat sources from affecting weighing results, and thus provides more accurate thermogravimetric data.

  Miniature Heating Furnace

  The miniature heating furnace can significantly reduce the buoyancy effect of gas. This enables the TGA to produce a dynamic curve drift of less than 25 μg without any additional blank tests. In addition, the miniature furnace design allows for a rapid response to temperature changes, with a maximum heating rate of up to 300 °C/min, which significantly shortens experimental time and improves work efficiency.

  Precise Temperature Control

  Adopting advanced surround heating technology and a unique dual-PID control system, it ensures that the sample accurately follows the set temperature curve during heating or cooling. The temperature control accuracy reaches ±0.1 °C, greatly reducing the impact of temperature fluctuations on experimental results.

  Note: If the award rights holder is an individual, no fees will be charged for the applied application-oriented awards.

  Application Guidelines:

  Applications for the 2026 ANTOP Awards have been open since January 1 and are accepted year-round.

  The first awarding ceremony of the 2026 ANTOP Awards is scheduled for May, so please submit your applications as soon as possible.

  The final awarding ceremony of the 2026 ANTOP Awards for this year is scheduled for November.

  Applications submitted after October 20, 2026 will be awarded in 2027 and categorized under the ANTOP 2027 Awards.
