植物细胞培养(plantcellculture)技术概述
植物细胞培养技术就是为了某种目的而在细胞水平上对离体植物细胞或原生质体进行的一系列生物工艺学操作。它包括分离、培养、再生以及一系列相关的操作。就有用化合物的生产来说,它主要是指在无菌条件下通过悬浮培养植物细胞生产有用化合物的过程。理论与技术基础:植物细胞全能性、微生物液体深层发酵系统、遗传工程 意义: 1)不受地理、季节和气候条件的限制; 2)节省土地,降低成本,生产周期短,可大大提高经济效益; 3)可代替整体植株在工厂内连续生产所需产物; 4)可通过添加抑制剂等使生物合成按照人的意志进行; 5)可通过诱变筛选,获得高产细胞株,并且可以进行特定的生物转化获得新的有用物质。 1. 发展与成果例证 1959年Tu1ecke和Nickell首次采用大体积〔20升〕的硫酸瓶进行了蔷薇(Rosa sp.)茎段的细胞大量培养。 1967年Kaul和Staba......阅读全文
