北京时间11月3日晚间，医疗诊断服务提供商Laboratory Corp 表示，将斥资约61亿美元现金及股票购并合约研究公司Covance。 Laboratory Corp此次收购是来自制药公司对其诊断业务偿还能力下降的压力造成的。另外CRO业务的蓬勃发展，也是LabCorp公司考虑收购Covance公司的主要原因，二者的整合，LabCorp公司公司可以坐享Covance公司在海外的业务。 LabCorp公司以每股105美元收购Covance公司，而市场并不看好此次收购LabCorp公司股票也下跌了近8%，报101.50美元。而Covance公司则暴涨了25.89%，报100.50美元。 关于人事方面，LabCorp公司首席执行官David P.
