微量白蛋白尿(MAU)是诊断早期或轻微肾脏损害的敏感指标。除肾脏本身病变外，高血压与糖尿病等心血管系统高危因素是导致MAU的主要原因。定义白蛋白是循环血液中正常存在的蛋白质。由于肾小球滤过膜的滤过作用和肾小管的重吸收作用，生理状态下尿液中仅有极微量的白蛋白排出(< 30 mg/24h)。尿白蛋白肌酐
